Processing of personal data

This notice explains how we process the personal data you give us through the contact form on pernoiliving.com, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter yourself:

• Full name and email: required, so that we can get back to you.
• Phone, unit of interest, type of interest (to live in or to invest) and message: optional, they help us prepare for the meeting.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not ask for financial information or identity documents through the site.

For security reasons, the provider hosting the site temporarily logs technical connection data, such as the IP address, needed to protect the service from abuse.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

Responding to your request

Getting back to you, arranging a presentation meeting and giving you information about the units and the off-plan sale. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Site security

Preventing automated submissions and misuse of the form. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Legal obligations

Complying with any obligations under applicable law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated marketing or profiling. If in future we want to send you updates about the project, we will ask for separate consent.

How long we keep it

We keep the form data for 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner or we need to keep it longer to defend a legal claim or to meet a legal obligation. If the contact leads to a contract, the data follows the retention terms of that contract.

Who can access the data

The data is accessed by the Designtech staff working on the PERNOI project and by the providers that process data on our behalf, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Cloudflare, for hosting the site, storing the messages received, forwarding email notifications and collecting visit statistics, gathered in aggregate form without cookies and without identifying individual people.
• Google Fonts, for the typefaces, and OpenStreetMap, for the neighbourhood map: when you visit the site, your browser contacts these services.

The data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes, nor made public. Any transfers outside the European Union take place under the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

• give you access to your data and a copy of it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• restrict its processing;
• stop processing based on legitimate interest, if you object;
• provide it in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
• withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

To exercise them, write to info@pernoiliving.com: the request is free and we reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies. Visit statistics are collected by Cloudflare in aggregate form, without cookies and without following people from one site to another: no cookie requiring your consent is installed.

Changes

We may update this notice: the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. If changes affect processing based on consent, we will ask for new consent.
